Love Removed was initially the title track of my unreleased second EP. When I scrapped the project, I took this song with me. It’s a fun little tune and offers a glimpse at what almost was. Maybe the rest will see the light of day at another time. For now, I've continued working on what will eventually become my second EP. Love Removed joins Well That's Today in a collection of post-Foxtrot singles displaying a broader genre influence present in the most recent developments in music for ghosts.
It's also the first Jackson Vincent song to be released with lyrics containing some variation of the F word (in beautiful experimental autotune lol).
It was originally titled Train Song.

lyrics
I don't want to go, I don't want to be
Something other than, other than me
Baby come around, tell me what's going on
In that head of yours, swear there's nothing wrong
Breaking up every thought of a love that's become removed
I made a new friend, I met him somewhere else
He told me "kid, you're going through hell
The whole world is fucked and I've seen enough
She's waiting at the station but I'm jumping off"
I'm jumping off
I'm jumping off
I'm jumping off
I'm jumping off
Breaking up every thought of a love that's become removed
